Q: How do I pay for my order online?

A: You can pay for your order on our Veals Fishing Tackle website with any valid debit or credit card. We use PayPal, Stripe and Secure Trading as our e-commerce payment gateways, so your information is always kept safe. Alternatively you can call us on 0117 9260790 and place your order over the phone.

Q: What happens if an item on my order is out of stock?

A: If an item(s) is out of stock of ourselves you will be contacted by either email or telephone letting you know which product(s) is out of stock and how long before it is due back in stock. At this point you may be offered an alternative similar product. Alternatively you can either wait for the product to arrive back into stock (the rest of your order will be sent out straight away) or receive a refund for the out of stock items.

Q: How can I find the postage cost?

A: You can see the cost of postage when you view your basket or go to checkout and select your location.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A: We try and dispatch all orders placed before 11am Monday-Thursday for next day delivery. Orders placed before 11am Friday will be dispatched for delivery on Monday and orders placed after 11am Friday and over the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday. However on occasion some deliveries may take longer due to the courier.
